This brief film is a meditation on the mundane, repetitive aspects of training the body and one woman’s drive to transcend the mundane and achieve perfection. The perfect moment, the perfect line, the perfect run – it’s all in a day’s work. It was shot in the Rocky Mountains near Lake Louise.
